Keep your original proof of purchase for your new boxspring bed together with the terms of service from the service set, or your original proof of purchase for your new boxspring bed with the registered certificate you received by post or e-mail.         What is excluded from the service?<\/h3>

        The following are not covered by the service:\u00a0<\/p>

        • Improper use or abuse of the boxspring bed<\/li>
        • Characteristics inherent to normal use of boxsprings, such as wear and tear, pressure marks, and discoloration\u00a0<\/li>
        • Stains caused by chemicals, transport, delivery, or assembly<\/li>
        • The stain service applies exclusively to the upholstered parts of the boxspring bed<\/li>
        • \u00a0The service is not available for mattress toppers<\/li><\/ul>

          Please note<\/b>: Protexx is not a cleaning subscription, it is a stain service. Accumulated stains and general soiling are not covered within the service.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/em><\/div>
