Terms of Service Boxspring beds

Please note: These terms of service only apply in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. 

Your official proof of service

Keep your original proof of purchase for your new boxspring bed together with the terms of service from the service set, or your original proof of purchase for your new boxspring bed with the registered certificate you received by post or e-mail. One of these combinations counts as your official proof of service.

What's Covered?


Stain service

We clean the following stains from upholstered furniture fabrics:

All drinks, including:

  • Coffee, tea and chocolate milk
  • Coke and other sodas
  • Wine, beer and liqueur
 

All foods, including:

  • Spaghetti, soup
  • Peanut butter, chocolate spread, jam
  • Ketchup, mayonnaise, curry
 

All bodily stains from humans and pets, such as:

  • Transpiration
  • Skin oils
  • Blood
  • Urine
  • Vomit
  • Feces
 
 

A stain? And do you have one of our cleaning products? Then use this first to remove the stain yourself. Didn’t work? Then report your stain within 3 days via protexx.nl. This ensures the best chance of a successful cleaning. Our Customer Care team is here to help.  

Ensure that someone aged 18 or older is present during the service visit. Make sure the work area is clean and safe for the specialist to work properly. For safety reasons, our specialists must wear work shoes indoors. Together, we’ll keep your furniture in peak condition. Thank you for your cooperation.

What is excluded from the service?

The following are not covered by the service: 

  • Improper use or abuse of the boxspring bed
  • Characteristics inherent to normal use of boxsprings, such as wear and tear, pressure marks, and discoloration 
  • Stains caused by chemicals, transport, delivery, or assembly
  • The stain service applies exclusively to the upholstered parts of the boxspring bed
  •  The service is not available for mattress toppers
 
Please note: Protexx is not a cleaning subscription, it is a stain service. Accumulated stains and general soiling are not covered within the service.   
 
Do you have a stain or a problem that is not covered within the service? Then, if possible, we will work with you to find a good solution.
