Your Official Proof of Service

Keep your original purchase invoice for the new seating furniture in combination with the service certificate from the service set or your original purchase invoice of the new seating furniturewith the name registered certificate you received by post or e-mail. One of these combinations counts as your official proof of service.

What is covered by the service?

Stain service

The most common stains are all covered by the Protexx service*.

For textiles, microleather and covered leather, we clean stains from:

All beverages, such as:

Coffee, tea and chocolate milk
Coke and other soft drinks
Wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages

All foods, such as:

Spaghetti, soup
Peanut butter, chocolate spread, jam
Ketchup, mayonaise, curry

All bodily stains from humans and pets, such as:

Perspiration
Skin grease
Blood
Urine
Vomit
Excrement

Only with covered leather do we also clean/restore:

Stains caused by clothing, such as stains from jeans
Stains from cosmetics such as lipstick and nail polish
Stains from ballpoint pen, washable ink and glue
Adverse effects caused by medication use
Craquelé effect (covered leather only)
One-time repair of pet bite marks (covered leather only)
Minor burn marks or holes (covered leather only)

* If your stain falls outside this coverage, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution whenever possible. As an Protexx customer, you will receive a 50% discount on our standard cleaning rates.

When dealing with a stain, speed is essential. Therefore, always report your stain within 3 days of it occurring so that we can help you as quickly as possible. That is how we keep your furniture stain-free together.

Always ensure that someone of at least 18 years old is present and prepare a clean working environment when our service specialist visits so they can do their job properly at all times. In addition, for their own safety, our service specialists should always wear their work shoes in the house. Together, we’ll keep your furniture in peak condition. Thank you for your cooperation.

Exceptions

The following are not covered by the service:

Improper use or abuse of the furniture
Normal wear and tear, including pressure marks and discoloration
Stains or damage caused by chemicals, transport, or assembly
The service is personal and non-transferable

Please note: Protexx is not a cleaning subscription; it is a stain service. Accumulated stains and general soiling are not covered by the service.
