A stain is always annoying. It is therefore important that you go through the following steps quickly: 

• Always try to clean the stain immediately after occurrence with our provided Cleaner. To use this, follow the instructions for use on the packaging.
• Still can’t remove the stain? Then report them to us as soon as possible Customer Care team. This ensures the highest likelihood of successful cleaning. 

Our service programs and fabric impregnation are ideal tools for easier stain removal. However, it is not a cleaning subscription. Normal soiling always occurs after a certain amount of time. Cleaning this is not included in the service.
